AUT City Campus

Wednesday Meditation Classes are offered starting in the second week of each semester. The classes are suitable for beginners; basic instruction is given at the start of term. Subsequent classes consist in approximately 25 minutes of discussion and 25 minutes of meditation, offering participants the chance to check in about their practice with a supportive group, and to take a sitting break in the middle of the workday. 

Location: Multifaith Room, WB235, on Wellesley Street East near Symonds Street. Lunchtime (12:10 to 12:50) during semester.
